Through our Automated Telephone Time Keeping System, we are able to remotely monitor our employees. We know when they arrive, when they leave and how much time they spent servicing your account.
Our No Show Alert feature automatically notifies a supervisor if assigned staff has not punched in by a predetermined time.

Upper management is available 24 hours a day by email, telephone, or after business hours, personal cell phone. We have a well-earned reputation for being responsive not only for service issues but for special requests from our customers.
